The procrastination is real

It is funny because my manager at pinger said you are doing a great job, but deep inside me, I knew something was wrong and could do it better. What can I do to avoid procrastination?I started researching to avoid procrastination, and in this book, "The Software Developer's Life Manual" I found some interesting techniques that helped me improve it.1 - Trello board:I created a Trello board to manage my personal with the columns My Quotas, Backlog, This week, Today, and Done- My Quota is a list of all the repeater tasks I will do every day, week, or month.- Backlog lists what I must work on this month or year.- This week lists all the tasks I must work on the week.- Today have all the tasks I will work on the day.2 - First task of the dayI have my board with everything I need to be more productive, so I first organize my Today list. That way, I know what I have to do daily.3 - PomodoroThe last piece to improve my productivity is the Pomodoro Technique. I created a daily plan of n number of pomodoro split it on 25 minutes of work and five resting minutes. The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that can be used for any task. For many people, time is an enemy. The anxiety triggered by "the ticking clock", especially when it involves a deadline, leads to ineffective work and study habits which in turn lead to procrastination. The aim of the Pomodoro Technique is to use time as a valuable ally in accomplishing what we want to do in the way we want to do it, and to enable us to improve continually the way we work or study. ConclusionI already see some boost improvement in my daily tasks, and I excited about what I can get in the coming months. What do you think about my plan to avoid procrastination?
